Soulmate

I've met you across the way
i didn't know what to say
i didn't know what was wrong
it seems i've known you for so long

then you asked what's my name
i answered it and asked the same
we walk together hand in hand
i felt i reached Fantasy Land

I cannot sleep that very night
asking myself "Am I all right?"
All I want is to hold you tight
And never let you out of my sight

I asked my friends what can this be
"You're in love" that could be
While others said jokingly
"He's your soulmate" that's maybe

I don't believe in such a thing
Until that night he gave a ring
He was asking for a date
Now I believe he 's my soulmate

I hesitated for a while
But answered yes with a smile
when he hang up i jumped away
I told myself, "come what may"

I told my friends how I feel
Then they asked, "Is it for real?"
"Yes, it is," i answered them
"Then go for it," they said again.
